Prakash Nair - "Cuando los profesores colaboran entre ellos, el rendimiento de los alumnos aumenta"

Since I started studying for being a teacher, I began to understand the importance of cooperative work within an educational center so that the projects you came up with as an individual could be carried out.

I assimilated all this through my internships at centers like #ceipcristobalcolón, watching the entire Early Childhood Education team work, to turn a small idea into something huge and really, thanks to teamwork and listening skills.

Teachers benefit from this because we can carry out what is in our minds, but above all our students benefit. They can enjoy new proposals, well-organized activities without any loose ends, and they are not closed to their reference group, being able to work together as well.

Thanks to my TFG on the design of educational spaces, I have also learned that in order to create a family environment that is appropriate and where we spend most of our time and that this is not a wasted one, we need the collaboration, the allies in the dreams of change and the general help of the educational community.

We don’t have to be able to handle everything ourselves, the nice thing is to share and let ourselves be helped, seeing the result in the happiness and learning of our students in a space that can become their second home.
